Meeting my personal trainer for the first time tomorrow!! If all goes according to plan in the next 12 weeks I will lose about 60 pounds and be at or almost at my healthy goal and ready to focus on maintaining! I’m pretty nervous about this. I hope I can do all the workouts I’m supposed to do and stick to the meal plan. I just have to keep reminding myself that if I can stick to it for 12 weeks I’ll be done!! Woohooo!!!! Get ready for skinny healthy me!! :)
